• do you ship internationally?

    yes, we have international shipping options available at checkout. duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay upon delivery of their order, and the amount will vary based on your country. duty fees are out of our control, and we will not alter the declared value of a package.

  • do you accept returns?

    returns and exchanges are accepted as long as you are the original purchaser, your package was delivered in the last 14 days, and it is still in like-new condition. please email us from our contact page to arrange the return. refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected. 

    a 20% restocking fee is deducted from all return refunds and you are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return it.

  • do your pedals have a warranty?

    our pedals carry a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, which covers manufacturing defects as well as mechanical or electrical failure during normal use - determined at our discretion upon inspection. please email us to arrange the repair. you are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the pedal for repair, and we will cover the shipping back to you.

    our warranty does not cover the following:

    1. cosmetic damage
    2. environmental or liquid damage
    3. heavy impacts
    4. modified or tampered circuitry
    5. use of an incorrect power supply
    6. any forms of misuse and abuse by the end user
  • my pedal needs repair but isn't under warranty

    non-warranty repairs are billed at $30/hour. please email us to arrange the repair and get an estimate on labor.
